Robinson’s are a family owned company that was started in 1945 in Ashbourne, Derbyshire by Mr W S Robinson who was the father of the current Managing Director Tony Robinson.
In 1955 the company moved to Derby and then later to its present premises.
Originally Robinson’s was a stockist and rebuilder only of used Chocolate and Sugar Confectionery Machinery adding Biscuit Machinery in the 1960’s.
Later new machinery began to appear and Robinson’s are now International suppliers of new Chocolate, Sugar Confectionery and Biscuit Machinery, which is exported to over 70 different countries.
